You’re seeking to come back to your body.

Meditation and Reiki offer a gentle, compassionate way to return.

Work with me

1:1 Ground and Reset sessions

For when your nervous system feels tight, scattered, or on edge — and you want to settle back into yourself.

These sessions are slow, gentle, and body-led. They are not about “fixing” you or pushing for insight. A session may include: light guided grounding or meditation, Reiki to support regulation and release, and quiet integration time. Many clients leave feeling: calmer and more settled in their body, less mentally “buzzed” and more present and grounded. This work is especially supportive if you: hold a lot of responsibility, or live mostly in your head or feel chronically tense or overstimulated.

This membership is for women who: want a meditation practice but struggle to stay consistent, or feel intimidated or alienated by spiritual culture or need practices that fit real life and real nervous systems.

This is not about self-improvement.
It’s about building a relationship with stillness — slowly, gently, honestly.

In Person gatherings

Occasional in-person or live gatherings for women who want to slow down together.

These are intimate, low-key practice spaces — not workshops, not performances, not therapy. Circles may include: guided meditation, quiet reflection, optional sharing or nervous-system-friendly breathwork.

You are never required to speak or share. These gatherings are for women who: want connection without pressure, feel nourished by shared stillness or don’t want to “do more,” but want to be differently

This may look like:

  • Gentle, grounding Reiki sessions

  • Short, accessible mediation practices that actually fit real life

  • Small group spaces where you’re not expected to share or perform

Remember:

You don’t need to be fixed.

You don’t need to be more disciplined.

You don’t need to “do meditation better”

You need space- quiet, grounded , intentional space- to come back into your body and remember what calm actually feels like.

If this is you…

  • I want you to know you don’t need to become someone new.

  • You need space to come back to yourself.

    That’s where I come in!

Using (BLENDING) both science-based theories and solid intuition I offer calm, intentional spaces where your nervous system can slow down and your body can remember what safety feels like.

  • You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to holding it together

  • You don’t resonate with spiritual fluff or toxic positivity

  • You want practices that respect both science and intuition

  • You’re tired of “performing “calm instead of actually feeling it

About me

I’m April — a meditation guide and Reiki practitioner with a background in healthcare.

I don’t believe meditation replaces medicine or fixes everything.
I believe it helps us live inside our bodies with more ease.

My work is slow, practical, and rooted in nervous system awareness — created for women who want real regulation, not performance.

Everything I offer is:

  • invitational, not forceful

  • grounded in nervous system awareness

  • paced slowly and intentionally

You are always the authority on your own experience.
